3. Purchases and delivery
Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase. Workshops are delivered on scheduled dates. Taxes may apply based on your location.
4. Licenses
Upon purchase you receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use templates, LUTs, and guides for your productions. Resale and public redistribution are prohibited.
5. Intellectual property
All materials are owned by Framewise Bond or its licensors and protected by IP laws. You may not remove notices or claim authorship.
6. Disclaimers
Content is provided “as is” without warranties. Cinematography involves risk; you are responsible for safe operation and compliance with local regulations.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Framewise Bond is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use digital materials may be revoked.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
